• Wyre in Bloom 2019

  The children have worked very hard over the last few months preparing our school for the Wyre in Bloom competition. Many have attended the gardening club on a weekly basis showing lots of skill and commitment. 

  The judges looked around the school on Monday 24th June, but we will only find out the results on the 8th July. 

  We are so proud of the children and would like to thank them for creating such a colourful and exciting place to be. 

• Visit to the Mosque 18th June 2019

  Year 4 showed exemplary behaviour at the Mosque during their visit. They learnt so much about the Islamic Faith and have shared their knowledge with the rest of the class. 

• Ribchester Roman Museum- 17th June 2019

  The children in Class 2 had a fantastic visit to Ribchester Roman Museum. They learnt lots of new facts from their tour guide Patrick. They also had the opportunity to try on different armour and hold weapons. When the children returned to school they wrote some excellent recounts about their trip .
